Alongside the controversy over leaked documents and rising prices, opposition parties are expected to voice concerns about unemployment in the country. Parliament session highlights today: -Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi emphasized the significance of the NEET issue for the entire nation, calling for a dedicated discussion in the House. -Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla declined a NEET discussion, citing the impending Motion of Thanks on the President's address, triggering protests from opposition MPs. -In the Rajya Sabha, heated debates ensued with opposition members demanding a NEET debate, and Leader of the Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge joining protests in the Well of the House. -Today, INDIA bloc leaders are expected to criticize the NDA on issues including the Agnipath scheme, inflation, and unemployment. The opposition also seeks a Rule 267 debate on NEET. -In the Lok Sabha, BJP's Anurag Thakur will lead the Motion of Thanks debate on the President's Address, seconded by first-term MP Bansuri Swaraj, daughter of late BJP leader Sushma Swaraj. -The Lok Sabha debate on the Motion of Thanks is allocated 16 hours and will conclude with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's response on Tuesday.  In the Rajya Sabha, 21 hours are allotted for the same purpose.
